Fonts & Graphics

What do people do in terms of fonts and graphics? Obviously you can recruit a graphics developer, but are there any free / (preferably) open source repositories that people know of?

This is always a problem for me too.

You might want to check out Wikimedia (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Public_domain), you can search copyright expired media and there are other licenses that might work too. Other public domain image sources here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Public_domain_image_resources).

Also, KNua at indiegamer had a post recently with some good places for getting tile art here (http://indiegamer.com/forums/showpost.php?p=107689&postcount=2).
