Is it ok to blog about NovaShell -- ideas, mention the download links, etc. ?

Sure. For links, please use the main page (http://www.rtsoft.com/novashell), I've added a link there to get to the downloads. (this way I can change the download link later)

It's not ready for prime-time yet so all in all I'm planning on not really advertising it until I at least get things done enough to finish the rest of the tutorials.
