Help! installing ClanLib

About steps of installing ClanLib...

I am using VS2003
I can compile the configure.dsw

but I can't find something called External Library in the download area at http://www.clanlib.org/

can anyone tell me where it is?

What compile errors are you getting? That will tell you which library you need. You can probably download them here (http://www.clanlib.org/download-binaries-win32-vc70.html).
