I was curious to see what folks are working on using Novashell. I know that it is very early in the life of novashell, but surely if you are here you are at least thinking of a game to create.
For me I am working on an action rpg along the lines of Chrono Trigger called DragonJinx. I think it has a pretty unique story and I hope to take advantage of every feature Novashell can throw into the mix.

Right now, just a PacMan clone - just cuz.
My bigass adventure/rpg plans are on hold because I have no time (moving to another state). I realized just how much work an RPG will take, even if the engine has already been written!
Best of luck Whisperstorm. Look forward to seeing your game. :)

I wanna remake zelda 1 into a sidescroller like zelda 2 but with slightly better graphics. Turning all the levels sideways is going to be interesting.

Actually I've just downloaded Novashell and completed the sample tuts (and joined the forums btw :) ), but I plan to make a topview car chase game, inspired in an old game I used to play called Rubber!
Hopefully it will feature police cars, choppers, etc.. that will chase the player through many stunt packed levels!
PS: Thank you for Novashell Seth, it looks really good and promising!

At the moment I'm working on taking the dragon eggs tutorial and playing around with it to learn the engine, adding things like multiple caves, different visual profiles, the player moving faster for a brief time while being chased, etc.
Long term idea involves creating a party system that works something along the lines of Septerra Core (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Septerra_Core), as well as a party combat system - busy working on visual profiles and map visuals for that, as the features are still being built into the code.
I am working on Mucktroid. The gameplay will be somewhere in-between metroid and abuse. I hope, with one large fatty of a persistent world, and mouse aimed shooty goodness. The name is from the wife who insists the game have a giant mutant *bunny* (or muck muck in german).
