Goblin sanctuary

Just got this game and I think it is great, but I can't get in the goblin sanctuary.

I have the bow lure, bow and arrow (8 attack), herb boots, fireball, acid rain, long sword (12 attack). My deffense is 5 and my magic is 7.

When I try to get in the sanctuary the goblin tells me it's too early come back later.

I think you need to talk to the girl in the town square or her father first.
