Well, it was kind of a bad hack. I wrote an AVI player but it had issues with playing sound, so I had to play the sound separately (from a regular .wav).

The filename was set in movie.ini or something like that in the dink dir.

So in short, you can't play a movie by script, it's more a "when you start the game" type of deal only.

I tried to make a script command that could do it but it was really buggy and made you lose sound or something like that if I recall.
