Wrong lib name in application.h(clanlib 0.9)

The project Application's Binariy lib name is clanApplication-* but in application.h is clanApp-*

You need to do a complete wipe of the clanlib directories, then retrieve clanlib back from svn.

For an unknown reason, a "clean solution" does not seem to work on some versions of visual studio.
