New example in ClanLib 2.0: Custom GUI Component

Just added a new example in ClanLib 2.0, demonstrating how to create a custom gui component.

The custom component implemented is a Radial Menu. Try out the example and click anywhere and hold the mouse and make your selection.

I might write up some documentation later how the various parts of it work, if there is enough interest.
