tarball missing GPLv2 COPYING file

Lots of examples in doc/Examples directory are licensed under GPLv2 license, but the license itself is missing from the tarball (and is required to be included). I suggest adding this link http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt as file COPYING.GPLv2 to tarball.

Is this ClanLib 1.0 or 2.0? What examples if so?

(Basically, I only care about 2.0, and I need to know which ones so we can remove the examples or switch license)

The Methane example in the 2.0.2 release contained the GPL license, but this has now been removed, and will not be in the 2.0.3 release.
