Introduction of GUIBasic theme

The GUIBasic theme is a "free" GUI theme, with a ClanLib license attached to it.

At the moment, I am not happy with the window frame and backdrop - something does not look right.

So, if there are any talented artists around, please have a look :)

The window frames are:
WindowActive.png, WindowFrameBottomActive.png, WindowFrameLeftActive.png, WindowFrameRightActive.png and WindowBackdrop.png

Very nice work, it is alot of work that goes into creating a full theme !
