I seem to be unable to log in as well. I keep getting bad username or password.

A new tournament was recently started (happens every 30 days!) , everybody has to make new characters.

:confused: I posted this same question on another thread here so forgive the multiplacation. My friend gets the screen saying bad username or password when she tried to log on this morning. A new game just began yesterday and she created her account and played Day1. Is there a way for her to reset her password or get help in finding out what the problem is? She thinks she may have missed a letter in her password or something like that. This is her very first time on, and I am still way new to the game as well to offer much help. Thanks!
