2nd visit to water spirit

I watched Cthulnik get carted off by the frog bots, and then went back to the water spirit like Skard said. I thought I was standing in the exact spot I was before but she won't come out. I keep moving around but can't seem to find it. Someone PLEASE help!! I am this close to the end. It's driving me nuts!!!!
