Introducing a new example for ClanLib 2.2 SVN "Spot Light"
(Note, this example should still work with ClanLib 2.1.1)

A few bugs remain.
1) "Specular" does not seem to change the light in any way
2) Changing the pitch of the spotlight gives unexpected results at certain positions (steep gradients on the landscape). I guess there is a mathematics problem somewhere in the shader
