i need help trying to run a dmod!!!

i downloaded a dink dmod and i cant figure out how to run it. i unzipped it and i am clueless as to how i get started. please give me some info

I don't think Christmas is the best time to expect answers. Furthermore that question is asked so many times, and I believe it's documented many places, so many don't answer that question anymore.. or so I'd think
