pls help windemere guard sux

i am at windemere all need food at there but i couldnt reach to ducks couse guard dont let me do in where can i find food or how can i pass the guard pls help

you have to buy a bomb on eh... i cant remember that name
anyhow u have to buy a bomb and place it in front of the rock with the black holes, then kill ALL the duck...
