HELP!!!!

Winsock error 10048: bind() error
Could not start server. Change some settings and restart the program.

Thats what it tells me and i cant start my server cuz of it!

Try changing the port, something else is probably using the default port of 80. (which is standard HTTP so this wouldn't be too surprising)

Try disabling your firewall/trojan detection utility (if you're using one), it may be listening on port 80 for some reason also.
