Lucky Sparrow Bug?

Someone told me this, dunno if its true, and I haven't tested it: "tell seth that sending lucky thingers doesnt work when you dont put in a msg".

They don't work. Ross (scrubadub) said he sent some to me before, but I never got them because he didn't put a message in it...
