dink d-mods

Have you tried following the directions on this page (http://rpgplanet.com/dink/help_install/)? I know they aren't very clear, so if you find any step particularly confusing, please post a reply.

well i followed the instructions on this page but cant get the file to appear in my frontend drop down box, http://www.rtsoft.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/down.gif what am i doing wrong?
