    Default Clanlib 0.8.1 Full screen mode under SDL

    Hi

    I have written a game at 800x600x32 at 60hz.

    If I run this windowed, it works fine. If I run this full screen, the monitor
    comes up blank and says out of range.

    I am using SDL. Is there a way of looking at the code myself for the SDL
    handling of the window, so I can see what it is doing?

    And, also, finally, WM_QUIT is thrown as an error in SDL when you close the
    window, always.

    Any help would be great

    Iterate through the available full screen modes using

    std::vector<CL_DisplayMode> &modes = CL_DisplayMode::get_display_modes();

    and call

    CL_Display::set_fullscreen(mode)

    on one you select. The selection you need to write some logic for - like searching for the correct resolution and the closest hertz you want.
