    Default gcc fixes to subversion code

    Hi, I've fixed a couple of small errors to svn code that were not allowing gcc to compile ClanLib. I attach the file in order to commit these changes, if you want.

    Cheers.

    Patch applied, many thanks.

    I did not apply:
    Code:
    Index: Sources/API/Makefile.am
    ===================================================================
    --- Sources/API/Makefile.am	(revision 3631)
    +++ Sources/API/Makefile.am	(working copy)

     	Display/2D/texture_group.h \
     	Display/2D/draw.h \
     	Display/2D/image.h \
    I assume it was an error, adding a duplicate "Display/screen_info.h"

    Yes, I added some days ago screen_info.h to the Makefile and somehow svn didn't merge the changes, sorry!
