    Default CL_Window patch

    This patch fixes the following two problems:

    - CL_Window called the incorrect constructor (not sure about this one),
    or maybe it's missing CL_Window::CL_Window(CL_GUIComponent *parent) constructor?

    - added msg.set_consumed() in check_move_window() to prevent the parent component from receiving the mouse input messages.
