Well, Seth isn't updating Novashell anymore as far as I know, and I guess nobody's using it any more.

People want to make games for Android and iOS so they're seeking out other solutions (none of which come close to being as good as Novashell is, unfortunately )

But what does he make them with?

Proton SDK, Novashell, they're programs for developing games Seth made. That's why I have such respect for him as a developer, he's made these awesome games using programs that he, himself, also made.

He did indeed. I think he made it from scratch using C++? Dunno.
