RTsoft Ad-Supported Games Privacy Policy Last updated: October 28, 2026 Scope and contact This policy describes the advertising-supported RTsoft games listed under "Covered games" below, published by Robinson Technologies Corporation. For those games, this policy explains our practices, including advertising through Google AdMob, and it takes precedence over our general privacy policy where the two differ. Our website and our other games are covered by the general RTsoft privacy policy: https://www.rtsoft.com/pages/privacy.php For privacy questions or requests, contact: Email: support@rtsoft.com Mail: Robinson Technologies Corporation, 333 Kagiyacho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan 600-8178 Covered games This policy applies to the advertising-supported versions of these games: - Poop Shooter (Android, package name com.rtsoft.poopshooter). Offers an optional rewarded advertisement after a game ends to continue that run once. A normal retry does not require watching an advertisement. Earlier versions of the game did not contain advertising. Playing the games You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, or payment information to play. Unless the game's entry above says otherwise, the game's own gameplay code keeps your progress on your device and does not upload your score or progress to our servers, and the game does not include in-app purchases or a separate gameplay analytics service. Advertising through Google AdMob Our ad-supported games use Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The kinds of advertisements each game shows, and when, are described in its entry above. Where a game offers rewarded advertisements, watching one is your choice. Our games request non-personalized advertising. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed. Google and participating advertising providers may process information to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud and abuse. Depending on your device, applicable restrictions, and advertising settings, that information can include: - Your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location. - Device and advertising identifiers, such as an Android advertising ID or app set ID when available and permitted. - Interactions with advertisements, such as impressions, taps, and video views. - Device, app, and SDK diagnostic and performance information. Our games do not request access to your precise device location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photos for advertising. Google documents that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google's privacy information explains its processing, retention practices, international processing, and available controls: https://policies.google.com/privacy https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites Privacy choices Our games use Google's User Messaging Platform to determine whether privacy choices are required before an advertising request. The messages and choices available depend on your region, applicable age-related treatment, and Google's response. Where required by that platform, a Privacy choices button lets you reopen the privacy options. Where a game's advertising is optional, you can also choose not to use it and keep playing. Your Android settings may allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID. These controls do not necessarily prevent all advertising-related processing, such as use of an IP address for delivering an ad or detecting fraud. Young users Our ad-supported games are intended for ages 13 and above, subject to the age rating and restrictions shown in your local app store. They are configured to request non-personalized ads with restrictions intended to protect teenage users. The games do not ask for a date of birth. If you believe information about a child has been processed inappropriately through one of these games, contact support@rtsoft.com so we can investigate and explain the available next steps. Support correspondence and retention If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to your request and address the issue. Support email is stored in our email systems, which may be operated by email service providers on our behalf. We do not use support correspondence for marketing, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to your request or as required by law. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your request. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Google's retention of advertising-related information is governed by its policies and applicable product settings. We do not maintain a developer-operated account or cloud gameplay history for these games. Your requests Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support@rtsoft.com for requests concerning information we hold. For information held by Google, its privacy policy and privacy controls describe how to make requests. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority. Changes We may update this policy when our games or their data practices change, including when we add a game to the "Covered games" list. We will update the date above when we do so and provide additional notice where required.
