Questions about running my own server

I have downloaded the server and I have it running on my computer. However, others cannot log in. The I.P. address is correct. Did I miss something?

http://68.107.36.251/ is the location. It's only the demo for now. I have 5 other friends who want to play as well.

I am very computer stupid but apparently, I haven't had my firewall up O.O so I guess thats not the prob.
