These rules will comply, though i have no ideas if rules are allowed for servers. Anyone which breaks these rules are placed. At some point, your warnings will lower, if you have not been warned for at least 1 month. If you have not been warned for 1 month, the offences will be lowered by 1 rank.
Special Awards:

Security: 100 - 5,000 Bury Points (depending if good or bad)
Supplies: 500 - 10,000 Bury Points (depending if good or bad)
Others: Random amount from 1 - 500
Special Awards depend on how good they are. Once if a good one, will the reward be good. Also, if anyone is reported to be abusing the player attack, please tell me, and i will lower the ones per day.

I am sorry if i am not allowed to make rules, but this will keep people from breaking them. If anyone breaks these rules, i may have to warn them upon extent.

Why am i making rules for my server? It's simple really. Many people thinks rules for games is bad, but in case there are kids playing them and see people cuss, they might use them, which gets them in trouble. I am a teen, anyways, about 15 years old. My server will be up 24/7, IF MY COMPUTER DOES NOT CRASH! My computer crashes sometimes, but don't worry. Please remember that rules comply, and anyone breaking the rules MUST BE REPORTED!

Please remember you may submit any scripts for me. Although, i do not know the shop script, but any scripts set into my part, will be taken, and you will get your reward. Also, STEALING SCRIPTS FROM OTHER SERVERS IS NOT ALLOWED, UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION BY SERVER ADMINISTATOR! If you steal any scripts, you will be warned. Please remember accounts and impersonation of accounts is also not allowed. Do not impersonate, or you will be warned. If you'd like more rules complied, or have any ideas, or want anything added, just tell me. You can either e-mail me by the Announced e-mail, or such. Please remember, if you want more or the game, it will cost. Heres cost:

Upgrades for a day:

1 More Turn: 5 Bury Points per Quanity
Buying Coffins:
Wood: 10 Bury Points
Silver: 100 Bury Points
Gold: 1,000 Bury Points
Stat Upgrades:
1 Hit Point: 50 Bury Points
1 Strength Point: 170 Bury Points
1 Luck: 310 Bury Points
Thats all i can think of so far, and when i learn what Bury Points to buy items, i will add those too. I made this whole thing by hand, and my hands are getting tired. Thanks if you read all this.

(this was saved in a notepad, in case changes will be made)

08-03-2005, 02:58 PM is a LAN (Local Area Network) IP address and will not be accessible to the Internet. You need to post your WAN (Wide Area Network) IP address.

Depending on the type of Internet service you have, your WAN IP address could be dynamic. This means it changes every so often and it becomes a hassle to keep people informed.

You might want to consider getting a free Dynamic DNS subdomain name from someplace like www.dyndns.org. This way you can tell people to visit "myfuneralquest.dyndns.org" or somesuch.

If it was, how is it that people are able to join my servers, when i use the same IP-like status?

Also, what is this Wide-Area Network for?

I made Soldat Servers before, about 11 of them, and i had no problem at all with players joining them. Are you sure that it's a LAN, or are you just flaming me?

You weren't being flamed.

If you want your public IP address, point a browser on your FQ machine to My IP Address (http://www.myipaddress.com/).

The following IP ranges are reserved for private networks: 10.x.x.x, 172.29.x.x and 192.168.x.x. You can get way too much more info about reserved IP address from RFC 1918 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1918.html)

192.168.0.x is a private network not addressable by hosts outside that network.

This topic is likely to get very technical faster. http://www.rtsoft.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I already did that much earlier ago!

I have the Public IP on my server settings, but how can i let other people play on my server that way? Placing my IP i placed on the server as the browser?

The Wide Area Network in this case is the Internet. Routers usually refer to the port where you plug in your Cable or DSL adapter as the WAN port.

A NAT router translates the WAN IP (the Internet address) to the LAN IP (your home network address).

Only computers inside your home network will recognize the address you posted. That's why it appears to work for you.

Okay then try this one instead.

The IP address is a loopback address. It's generally used for network troubleshooting. Once again, it will work for you and nobody else.

You can go here to find your Internet IP address: http://www.whatismyip.com/
