I get anger issues almost everyday. I use music to calm me down. My ears are red and have a scab in each ear irl right now from listening to music to much. Idk what to do.

Get off gt? Get physical? Therapy? Obama? Take a bath with candles around you and leaves in a bath tub? Many possible solutions bra.

Take your anger out on an object like a pillow. Put your anger into poetry(jk).

Do something you enjoy that you could do alone.

Oh stress. Simple, tell the teacher. If your stressed due to school work and you do not tell anyone, you will have troubles with life.

My oldest brother and I have anger issues (not Havoc).

This works for me when I get upset which happens often cause of school. Take a deep breath count to three.

Having problems with grades, isn't it? Try to meditate. Just inhale...... then exhale. Then repeat it and clear your mind. Focus on the top of your head, about an inch. Worked for me. Don't know if it'll work for you.

Listen to music out loud, no headphones needed.

Draw, read a book, or go outside and run around with someone or run solo. Whatever suits you.
