So, for a gaming laptop, are these specs good?

AMD A8-5545M 1.7 GHz
8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
1024 GB 5400 rpm hard drive
AMD Radeon HD 8510G graphics
Windows 8.1

This is what Amazon said, so I'm assuming these are specs.

Edit: Give me your opinion on this one, but there's also a list of specs near the bottom of the page I'd like people to look over. Thanks.

Ok, fine maybe it has ONE laptop stronger than mine, the alienware 18, but i outpower the 17 and 16

And if you want to outpower my 17" asus you gotta buy the most expensive alienware 18

AND ITS NOT FOR LAZY PEOPLE, Alienware force you to assemble it yourself

I actually haven't bought it yet, I wanted to ask the forums if it was a good laptop before buying it.
Just go to amazon and type in HP 15-p030nr 15.6-Inch Special Edition Laptop with Beats Audio (Red)

Back on track, so this a good laptop?

I'm planning to buy it within this month. I can easily get $5,000 in a month so that ain't a problem for me. :whistling:

It's $4,999 in my country lol.

Your AMD A8-5545M 1.7 GHz is for Notebooks.
Reading up online, it should run most games that aren't as demanding.
Basically, you probably can't play Half Life 2 on max without experiencing some performance issues.

Just a reminder, I'm not a computer expert, and I doubt any of us are.
A forum that deals with computers and related should give you better results.

1st of all, AMD processcors are not as good as Intel processors. 2nd of all, for a gaming laptop, you should at least have better CPU speed. 3rd of all, Windows 8.1 can be slow at moments, be wary.

So, I'd say look for a gaming laptop with Intel processors for faster CPU speed, and possibly Windows 7.
