I lucid dream nearly every night.

Lucid dreaming is when you are dreaming, but you know that you are dreaming, therefore giving you the ability to control everything in your dream. Pretty much your own fantasy.

How to lucid dream: look for odd things that you would never find in real life.
If you see some stuff like that, you might realize that you are dreaming.
Now, just think of something, and it happens! A good way to help lucid dreams spawn is to sleep in a room that isn't entirely dark, but has a small light somewhere. (maybe the cable box on your tv)

The ups and downs: The cool thing is that you can make anything possible. :sweatdrop: however, sometimes it is hard to control, and your mind does not want to cooperate with you. Sometimes, when you want to make something possible, just the opposite will happen.

Warning: if you want to lucid dream, DO NOT go to sleep later than you usually do, and DO NOT be associated with anything creepy/scary within 1 hour before you go to bed.
That will cause horrible nightmares with realism to them, tricking your mind into thinking that it is real.
