Oh almighty Seth, the simple gauntlet boy wishes to ask a question or two. In my mod, "AmoebaLord's SUPEREVIL Lawn of DEATH!!", wherein you play as me trying to earn money for my new PC by mowing my dad's 5,000 acre ranch (true story), Is it possible to change the base sounds for only a mod? So I could, like put the midi to "Under my Thumb" while I'm in my basement? And can I in anyway convert 3dsmax images to entities?

AmoebaLord, I'm assuming that you want to be able to play a different song when you're in your room. To do this look at the room_menu.c and change the following lines to your hearts content.

Yes, what Heretic Man said is right. Also, everytime a sound/music/graphic is loaded your MOD dir is first checked for the file, so you can just include your own files and if the file name is the same they will be played instead of the original ones.

As for exporting from Max - the engine can load .X files (there are several .X exporters available for Max) for non animated objects and .RTF or .MD2 for animated objects. .rtf is my own custom format, it's kind of too tricky to use so I would recommend .MD2 if you need to make a new character that animates.
