At least Android can actually be AFFORDED, unlike Apple's 500 dollar starting price.

I honestly don't know why I like iOS more. It's nice, I use it, but I hate it, don't try figuring out.

EDIT: Guys! Guys! I got the new Samsung! It's called the iPhone 6+ !!!

Both.
I use my iPad 2 and Android tablet for different things. Heck, even at the same time. They're both awesome, but I swear, Android's newest OS annoyed me beyond comprehension. My WiiMote can't connect to it, which annoys me on so many levels.

But, other than that major flaw, I enjoy both of them. I don't get why people wouldn't want both. Sure, it's redundant, but they both have strengths and weaknesses, and exclusives. Android, for example, gets portable versions of Half-Life 2 and Portal 2. iOS, on the other hand, gets jailbreak, which is awesome on so many levels. Customizing my tablet to my needs is handy.

No, jailbreaking is not illegal. That court case was issues several years ago, and the verdict was that jailbreaking is legal. There's illegal tweaks, but that's it.

Android actually can be rooted. It is possible but I don't know how. Anyhow, the new OS isn't supported on my tablet even though it has 2 GB of ram and 1.6ghz Processor. But, hey, I heard Android 5.0 wasn't all that good.

Android;

Cons:
Depending your Android version your phone can go strange sometimes.
As being the ''developer'' of many different phones, some phones get the updates first (Mainly Nexus)

Pros:
Less apps with payment.
More organized main screen (Not a wallpaper with all the apps inside)
Cant bend (refferring to iPhone 6+)

Apple / iOS;

Cons:
They're not resitent enough, if they drop they can break easily.
For 16 or 32 GBs of more space your price can go up 40%

Pros:
All of them are the same devices (With different features), they'll all get the update at the same time.
iPhones and iPads Hardwares are useful from empresarial work.
Improved payment stuff.

I'll deal with Android :rolleyes:

Worst con for IOS:
You can't take the bank info away, so if you "accidentally" tap on a pack or something to purchase, yer screwed.(sometimes it does that without the password and has actually happened to me)

Pros for both devices:

Emulators. Both can download them, but Android actually ALLOWS them in the market, unlike Apple, who removes the Date-Trick in the later updates.

Winner for me, Android. Oh, and if you're wondering what version my iOS is, its 7.1.1 :crazy:

Cons:
Some games/apps are not original.

IOS

Pros:
Original games went here. Also, good games are not free.

Cons:
There too strict of updating an app or games.
