Depends on what video you are making. If it's for school project than Windows Movie Maker will be good. It's easy to use for beginner.

It sometimes crashes without any particular reason, though. Be sure to save your project often, and check a guide online, good luck !

Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro :)

I use them on school projects

If u use mac just use iMovie (or something like that my friend uses it)

Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere for advanced editing, I would recommend them for your project (if you do it well enough it will look good), but iMovie and Windows Movie Maker are just to simple and low-functional, but perhaps that's what you want. Personally, I hate both for their simplicity and easy access, which leads to them being overused for bad or un-professional montages which look like :poop:. If you are going to use any of these, use em smart.

You have it by default.
Search "movie maker" in your start menu.

Or, just get yourself free Sony Vegas or something.
