You can try restarting your laptop.

I think your laptop is hanging....Try to restart it.....and PLUG OFF THE BATTERY IF YOU ARE CHARGING IT......this happens to my Mom's laptop a few times.....

Hope this helped~~~~SixFace :hat:

The restart trick didn't work. It's only the mouse that doesn't

Can you take a clear picture of your keyboard?

Can you take a clear picture of your keyboard? There's no problem with the keyboard except the mouse thingy. It's light up a orange light that I haven't seen before.

The computers at the school I go to have this button which make your screen freeze. Try pressing all of the F<number> buttons. If that doesn't do anything, try doing it again while holding "fn".

I don't know which button I pressed, but it worked. But then the keyboard didn't work so now I did it again and then the keyboard worked but the mouse doesn't. So now when I try fn it doesn't work.
