Is there any good laptops out there?

Before I start, no Macs please, and sorry. Mac is too pro for me.

Okay, so, My mom will give me a laptop for my birthday! I finally can replace this laptop which doesn't have the key B thanks to my 1 year old brother, and this slow laptop that can't even load Minecraft properly. So, if you're a computer geek or whatsoever, I'm interested to hear what's new.

Some requirements before recommending:
1. The laptop must be available to the whole world, not just a country, because I might not find it.
2. Can I play minecraft on it?! I've been wishing...

Nothing else. I do want a small laptop, but it's crap, like the one I am having now.
