Making a Minecraft YouTube channel and I need partners (Will record PE too)

I am currently working on a Minecraft PC and PE edition Youtube channel. I will post a channel which I got inspired with: http://www.youtube.com/user/BlueXephos

I am kind of new to Minecraft (I know, it's lame that I'm kind of new and making a channel) so I made a basic questionary which you need to answer and I will choose 1-2 people to help out.

1. What is the command to recieve a "command block"?
2. What is the command to set custom time?
3. Which blocks do I need to make a nether portal?
4. Can you record your computer's screen and/or your iDevice/android/tablet screen?
5. Channel name idea?
6. Why are you interested?
