Trust me, it's not..

I uninstalled something on ATI and then while it was in the task of deleting, my screen zoomed in.

It might look normal to you but it's really zoomed in.

That's the normal size Chrome comes in ._.
Try holding ctrl and scrolling down using your mouse. If that works, make it however you want using the scroll wheel.

You gotta reinstall the driver because windows is using software rendering and not hardware rendering

I downloaded the AMD Catalyst AutoDetect and it gave me some specs and had a download option. I clicked that, was brought to this page, https://secure.amd.com/acc?cpu=AMD%20A4-3300M%20APU%20with%20Radeon(tm)%20HD%20Graphics&vid1=1002&did1=9648&Windows7&64&ENU&driver=amd-catalyst-omega-14.12-without-dotnet45-win7-64bit.exe, and nothing got downloaded.

Looks like you have an APU (according to the link you posted)

Try this
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/amd-catalyst-omega-14.12-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit.exe

Link didn't work but that doesn't matter. Parkourdevil helped me with the installation and what not.

Thank you so much for your help and everyone else as well.

Mac is almost as bad as the Linux Kernel.
