Hi guys,

Just wanted to share something with you. As some of you know, I happen to live in South Africa. And South Africa is known for its wide variety of animals.

And today these pictures were taken, with lions chasing after its prey, a kudu (Type of buck), in the road! I realised this is not really a normal thing, in some countries. So I wanted to share it with you! And hope that some may find this interesting.

As it can really be insightful, to learn about things that take place in other countries, that may seem bizarre, in our own.

There have indeed been such cases, unfortunately.
It doesn't happen often though, which is great.

Usually it happens because someone was being reckless.
But there are RARE cases where an unfortunate person happened to be in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Thats cool, although in the Netherlands everyone would be stressed out since we dont have any wildlife (except some forests with some deer and otters (?) ).

So what do you do in such a situation? Stay calm and lock the doors or what?

Ps, Im (still) amazed how many flags you got on your flag counter

Very interesting! I didn't realise that Netherlands has much fewer wildlife species. I'm going to look it up :)

And in such a situation, we would just generally try to make noise, lions dislike the noise. Which is kinda weird, because they come to busy roads.. Strange.. lol.

And ps. I am quite surprised at my flag counter too :sweatdrop: Must just be because I've had it enabled for so long.

wow
they should fix lions, they're broken. their line of sight shouldn't go past the road border.
but then again, africa is known for not updating its wildlife engine for like 300 years now :/
