Some may wonder: "How does dis kid have animated siggy?!" Well, I'm here to answer your question.

First of all, find a picture. Any picture. Now, you need to make sure the URL ends with ".png", ".gif", or something similar. I'm going to use my Kirby watermelon gif (http://dl2.glitter-graphics.net/pub/564/564072iyknk3plx4.gif in this tutorial.

For signatures

Ok, step 1.
Find the picture you want, make sure it has .gif, .png, or something containing a dot.

Step 2.
Copy the direct image URL (For example, http://dl2.glitter-graphics.net/pub/564/564072iyknk3plx4.gif Note the .gif!!!)

Step 3.
Begin editing your signature. Type first, then paste your URL (make sure there are no spaces!) and then add at the end.

If you did this correctly, it should show a little image of what you wanted, and not a blue question mark.

For Avatars

Step 1.
Find your avatar picture. I believe this forum automatically resizes them. Anyway, I'm going to use http://local-static2.forum-files.fobby.net/forum_attachments/0002/0012/pigwheeze.gif. The URL for this image is http://local-static2.forum-files.fobby.net/forum_attachments/0002/0012/pigwheeze.gif

Note the .gif!

Step 2.
Once you find your picture, you can either; download the picture, then upload it to your avatar (Works in most cases) or you can copy and paste the direct URL of the image in your avatar editing page.

Q. There's a blue box with a question mark. Y u lie
A. Does the URL end with .gif, .png, or something like that? Make sure the URL isn't missing a letter, and that the image has not been deleted from the site.

Q. Where do you find your .gif's, o' wise one?
A. http://fangamer.com/forum/Fan/Forum/33270 and sometimes, I use Google Images. Most of my images are from the Kirby series and Mother series.

Q. Bro, how do I make my URL a "direct URL"?
A. Some sites (Such as Google Images) have something similar to view original image which leads directly to the URL you need... Usually...

A. Sites like imgur will let you upload images and supply you with a direct URL to the image.
