12 year olds in America go to 7th grade, but in Estonia go to 5th/6th grade... Is preschool or kindergarden in USA considered a grade for school?

Wouldn't be able to tell ya, since I attended Kindergarten in Mexico. What I do know, is that I only went to Middle school for 2 years. TAKE DAT ONLINE SCHOOLS!

But in all seriousness, I believe we go to school in the US a full year after people in Estonia do.

We go to school at an average age of 7-8, I think. There is preschool or whatever, but that doesn't count as real school.
