Need feedback on pixel art!

I made this for my blog's background and it took quite awhile.. The reason why it's so small is cause it's meant to be a repeating image :ninja:
Hope i can get some feedback on whether it looks weird or if the colors don't match or if it doesn't look like that it was meant to be :sweatdrop:

Oh its not an app, i use the binary pen in Paint Tool Sai to create pixelated textures
