Title says it all. 10 30 PM and I still can't sleep - i need some advice.

It's school tomorrow. D:

Start blinking really fast and as long as possible. Your eyes will get tired and then you don't have to force them to stay shut. Good night.

Your anxious, first day of school does that to people. Don't have your feet covered, they produce their own heat. No lights on, keep it a dark place. Perhaps you can sleep with some noise or no noise. Don't eat things only drink water. I'll add more when I'm done doing what I am doing.

Don't try to count from 1 to 100. try counting from 100 to 1. should be asleep at 50 :) Good night!

When I can't sleep, I'll just close my eyes then wait till I get to sleep. :rolleyes:

Well, I can't sleep at even 12:00 PM. So all I do is watch youtube videos till 1:00 and then I can sleep instant. #ProTip

I personally don't do this, but...

Breath with your nose 4 times as quietly as positive.
Hold your breath for 8 seconds then when you release the co2, try and make a "woosh" sound. Repeat this 3-4 times and hopefully you'll fall asleep.

I always do as many push-ups as I can when I can't sleep, so my body will be too tired to go outside or climb on the roof (yeah I have a bad habit of doing that :/.)
