I always close my eyes and imagine stuff and fall asleep but today I slept from 3 PM to 7:45 PM and I will sleep at 12:00

but the problem About me is I know I wont sleep ( that happened a lot of times ) so I wanted some tips on how to sleep

I just close my eyes and think about stuff. Maybe a warm drink could make you fall asleep better? Dunno, people say it helps.

You can try laying down in your bed (or on the floor, depending on your budget) and closing your eyes shut.

Here is how to set you body to sleep at certain time.

1. Skip 1 night of sleep
2. Go to be TWO HOURS BEFORE you want to actually go to bed
3. Fall asleep
4. The next day, fall asleep at your new time you want to sleep!

This tricks you body into thinking (wow i need to sleep now cuz ive already been awake an xtra 2 hrs)
