You have the music and the sprites and what else? Level design concepts? Storyboard?

There is no 'megaman engine' out there. Novashell could probably be used to make something very close to it, but it will involve a lot of work. It will involve some custom scripting.

If you're up for learning your way around Novashell then download the Mac version from here (http://www.rtsoft.com/novashell/novashell.dmg), have a look through some of the examples (Treeworld will probably be the closest to a Megaman style game that you will find), and then work through the tutorials (http://www.rtsoft.com/novashell/docs). The tutorials won't make you a Megaman game but they will give you an insight into how Novashell works, and you'll need to understand that when it comes to customizing your own game.

It will take time and you will get frustrated at times. It will be hard work. But when you have a playable game in front of you it will be very rewarding.

There are people on these forums who will point you in the right direction, and help you out when you get stuck, but nobody's going to just make the game for you.

If you do decide to use Novashell your games will have the advantage of being able to be played on Windows, Mac and Linux systems.

Good luck.
