Webpage is screwed up in Mozilla

the text and image all just blink except the main image links on the left side. Makes it impossible to view.

The problem seems to be this line of your cascading style sheet:

.frame_marukado { text-decoration: blink; background-image: url(graphics/blue_frame.jpg); background-repeat: repeat-y}

It seems Internet Explorer and co. ignore the blink command, whereas Mozilla follows it.
