I just factory resetted my phone because my space is running out (I didn't reset it when my father gave it to me).

The total storage is 8 GB but I get 5 GB EVEN after factory reset, dafuq? All I see is just Google apps which barely worth a GB. SD Card? Can't even use it as Primary memory storage.

Trust me, Xiaomi sucks.

Yep, eh and I don't feel wasted or regret buying it because my father gave it to me a year ago.
So far it disappoints me, my model don't get Android Lollipop.

Clear the dalvik cache

You mean through recovery mode? I cleared cache (don't know if dalvik), user data, and factory reset.

I did that to flash the developer rom.

Xiami is pretty small,tbh.(in meomery)

Also, the ios itselfs takes up GBs.Like my 16GB ipad 3,it ends with a total of 12 gb only.

Anything below 16GB including 16GB is low.. For mobile.My pc has 4 GB,just average.PCs need like 8GB?

Edit:Also,your siggy is very inappropraite

Jealous of dad, he's getting an iPhone 6 next year.
But I'm getting his phone which has an Infrared Blaster so I can turn on my TV without even struggling to stand up.
And yes, that phone is Xiaomi Mi4i.
While mine is Redmi. (The one that don't support android lollipop)

PS my phone didn't get Android Lollipop because they forgot to remake the kernel code for my device.

Are you kidding me, MiUi?

It's for the phone system. My old iPhone 4s 8GB also has free capacity only 5.2 GB.
