I have a Windows Vista,and basically,It keeps restarting at startup...

Give me tips pls,I've half cleaned the fan,that did nothing. =[ I NED hlepp

It might just be the fact that the OS is old but maybe try doing a factory reset? Maybe some Windows files are corrupted or something.

Boot in safe mode > Restore PC in safe mode.

Well I had the same problem on "trustable" windows 7 and safe mode did not work when it launches I rapidetly tap f9 and reset there worked for me.

Forgot to mention I'm a little kid who can't purchase a lot of equipment for fixing the
Laptop. Try refrain to more adequate and possible suggestions,thanks. Going to try hammerkraz's input now.

Hmm, Vista was a troublesome OS and still is to the owners of it. I suggest entering BIOS and finding the safe mode option and boot from that. It could be your hard drive or your operating system acting up. If it continues, considering I'm not absolutely sure what is exactly going on or a perfect solutionaire or something like that.
