This is usually used for replies, not in the topic or description of a thread. They are called quotes, too.

Anyways, you can see a button at the bottom right of a person's post. It says, "Reply with quote." Click it and you can reply to them. After you are done typing, post the reply and it will change to a quote.

Make sure to keep the topic of the reply related to the person's post.

You click/tap the reply with quote button.

Its created when you reply with qoute.You can check it by replying with qoute.:wave:

Look on the lower right corner of the post window. There will be a speech bubble and the words "Reply with quote." Click that, go down a line on the message window, and then type your response.
