I'm all set with where to find all the parts, but this is the build I will be building (lol)

P.S. sadly I cannot buy from newegg, my parents are afraid of having credentials stolen, which is totally understandable and acceptable to me.

PARTS: (i'm not buying from amazon, except for the case and maybe the gpu)

FX-8320 CPU: http://goo.gl/NRYIsJ
MSI 760GMA-P34: http://goo.gl/K6UtCX
Crucial Ballistix 8GB (4x2): http://goo.gl/hQ5acw
Hitachi 1TB Hard Drive: http://goo.gl/0EKIFh
Sapphire R9 270X: http://goo.gl/qKnQFF
Cougar Spike PC Case: http://goo.gl/5FWoBc
EVGA 500W Bronze PSU: http://goo.gl/mQVJ5p

The OS will be windows 8.1, installed from a bootable 16gb usb. i will use the media creation tool.

So whaddya think? Should I replace some parts for better performance? I'm already planning to replace the 1tb hdd for a samsung 250gb (possibly 500gb) when i have the money for it.

Why not Windows 7 or 10?

Why not Windows 7 or 10?

My dad has a win7 computer but he doesnt want me to make a iso/setup.exe file, and he lost his setup disc.
I personally hate win10, not too optimized for gaming. Ill just install startmenureviver (i'm not sure if freeware is allowed, becuase it could be malicious, even though its not at all) and aero glass for windows 8.1 and i'm all set.
