I just would like to say that I have been fighting an internal war this year. Ever since the age of four, I have battled self-diagnosed depression. Let me just say: self-diagnosed depression is like a inviting Sage over — it begins as a fun task but ends up in your pants before you know it. Self-diagnosed depression is worse than…other types of depression because you cannot overdose on anti-depressants without using the black market. Despite my ups and downs, everyday the burden gets heavier and I just pray I have the deltoid strength to lift the weight.

But I am a trooper. Self-diagnosed depression shall not claim another victim. I have to be strong…
