I guess mine are pretty strict. I do 8 hours of grinds per week on different subjects. I then do 5 hours of sport every week. Im restricted to using the PC for 2 hours on weekdays (some MicroSoft family thing), 3:30 on Saturdays and 6:30 on Sundays. I do grinds through Skype so I only have 1 hour on weekdays, which I use up for homework. Im not allowed to play on my PC Mon-Sat.

Sucks, huh. I was forced to do like 8 classes over 7 days, some extracurricular stuff, and I wasn't allowed to play until I was done everything, which was like until 9:30 pm...

not very.
i'm allowed to do quite a lot of things, and i can play games as long as i complete my homework, i also have no tuition.
but i guess its mainly bc my studies are pretty good, mostly at around 85% for overall average.

They don't Micromanage my Studies, and they (specifically my Father) is reasonable most of the time.

They let me read Uncensored books for some reason I can't Think of

I was Very Good in P1 without much Studying, therefore I ended up Slipping back a bit. Now I'm trying to Return to the Top 5 in Class.

My parents are quite strict but not strict... As in, they are strict in some aspects but not on some. My room has a CCTV in it, 24/7 running. They set up this something Indonesians would know called "Internet positif", a blocker which blocks porn stuff, which is good except that reddit and kissanime.com is also blocked. ._.

My dad doesn't really notice where I go all day, so I can go to the mall on weekdays after tuition, but I don't even want to. My dad asks me to do a lot of chores and of course, as a lazy person I do it half-hearted. He said he is "proud of me" for "doing the chores" which is why I don't think he pays attention at all.

...... Your parents are too over protective of you, seriously a 24/7 cctv and something to block kissanime......

Well, as long as I don't have any failing grades, my parents aren't strict. Like, really... I don't do much though, so...

They sound strict especially when they're sermoning me to do this and that, but pretty much they're all bark and no bite. I still feel pressured cause of their words tho.

My parents aren't that strict. I keep up with my school work and I'll finish any jobs they ask me to. But otherwise, I'm pretty free.

My parents are way to strict. In times, If I'm not listening or following to what they say. They'll get mad and ground me depending in their own.. Luckily you have that kind of parents unlike mine. :(

Mine are not strict at all. As long as I don't fail or do bad in anything at school I can do whatever I want. Until eating/sport/etc. Like.... I never have homework cuz I'm the like 5th smartest kid in my GRADE plus my parents are good. 30 min of pc on weekdays. 1 he on weekends but I just use my iPod.

I thought my parrnts had hidden cameras when I was small. Turns out they had one in the living room.

I still would be getting good marks if I played. I only study for tests the day b4(Christmas/Summer)and dont for small class tests. I still get highest in class.

Not strict, I guess? That's because they trust me and because I can handle school and videogames at the same time, with good grades.

They've never set any rules considering PC use time, and they have never even tried to use any "family PC" settings, because they know I'd just place RATs on their computers as revenge and remove the family settings.

Also, I think the PC thing is because the internet actually makes my understanding of the world a lot better. Most kids my age are still racist, sexist pieces of :poop:, while me and my friends (my friends are other nerds) are the only ones (in my class, anyway) that are not like that.

I have a camera (by camera I mean old rooted Samsung tablet) in my room (only focused on the door) for various reasons.

I'm actually very careful about privacy , I have a lot of tools to find out whose tried to get on my PC, phone etc. I'm not exactly scared, but still careful.
