Doesn't steam have like an age limit?

Steam is the best option.
Age limits don't matter anyway. Steam will never know. In fact, you should be 13 to sign up at the Rtsoft forums. (Or get a parent's permission.)

You'll need to buy some Steam prepaid cards or nag your parents to use their credit card if you want to buy any games.
(Although you could just play only free games.)

just get steam, you can literally find any game you want there, its 10000000% safe, and you can make money from steam. But beware, lord gaben WILL find a way to take all your money (im joking)

growtopiagame.com :whistling:

But yeah, as many said, steam is the best for PC games. It's both a website and a downloadable platform, but I prefer to download it.
If you want to just play some quick flash games online without any downloads, kongregate.com is pretty good.

Minecraft:

For LOSERS: minecraft.net

For MLG PEEPS: mineshafter.info

For Paid Android Apps:

For LOSERS: Google Play

For MLG PEEPS: Aptoide
You're trying to tell me that legit people who actually support the game are losers and pirates are mlg peeps? M'kay.

Then yeah, I think that's the only place you can get it.
http://undertale.com/ Disproved, but I suppose steam is just more convenient.
